Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are technically a “match made in heaven” but this comes at a huge expense, an expert astrologer has claimed.

The Hollywood power couple have been dominating the headlines in recent weeks as fans speculate whether the pair are heading for a divorce.

Both Jennifer and Ben have had an on-and-off relationship with each other since they met on the movie set of Gigli in 2002

 and it’s apparent this could be a running theme in the marriage at the moment.

In light of these ongoing Bennifer divorce rumours, The Express has dug a little deeper into the star’s compatibility with each other to see

 if we could find a root cause for the duo’s rumoured rift.

Professional celebrity astrologer Inbaal Honigman was on hand to help and she has dished the details on Bennifer’s “firey” bond.

Speaking on behalf of Spin Genie, Inbaal explained: “Both Jennifer Lopez and her husband Ben Affleck were born under the sign of Leo.

“They’re a very compatible couple when looking at their full star charts, but their strengths are also their weaknesses because their similarities can be annoying to each other.”

She went on: “Two of the same star sign in a relationship, is a combination that brings its own challenges, as they’ll be similar, which can be a blessing and a curse.

“Leo is a sign that likes to lead, and hates to be a follower, therefore one Leo in a relationship is probably the maximum amount.”

The astrologer added: “It’s a fire sign and it is ruled by the Sun, so their passionate nature makes them compatible, but their temperament means that if one of them isn’t feeling positive, then that can be contagious.

While the married couple’s “fiery passion is doubled” with them both being born under the same star sign, their “conflict is also doubled.”

Inbaal also analysed Jennifer and Ben’s whole chart, and she found that “Ben and Jen’s entire charts are quite similar.”

“Despite being a fiery Leo, Ben’s chart has strong indicators that he’s family-minded and loves to be in love, courtesy of Cancer, a home-loving sign,” and “Jen’s chart is peaceful, thanks to Libra’s representation, looking to resolve conflicts early on.”

She noted that “there are a lot of similarities in their full star charts,” which means “they feel a strong familiarity with each other when they’re together and can complete each other’s sentences.”

“The planet Mars in a person’s chart shows how they deal with conflict,” Inbaal explained, as she pointed out: “Ben has got his Mars in sensible Virgo, Jennifer’s Mars is in adventurous Sagittarius.

“This means that while Ben would try and resolve their differences, Jennifer would rather run away from her problems and book a week away with her girlfriends.”

Despite their differences, it appears love conquers all as Inbaal claimed: “Their similar charts would suggest that they’re happier together than they are apart, but their matching Leo sun signs mean that both struggle to say ‘you’re right, I’m sorry’.”
