During his performance, Justin Timberlake humorously referenced his recent DWI arrest, surprising the crowd by saying, “Is anyone here driving tonight and… can I borrow your car?”

Justin Timberlake isn’t crying any rivers.

The 43-year-old Grammy winner appeared to mock his recent legal troubles during his concert in Boston on Saturday, according to a fan video shared on X.

Timberlake, 43, was talking to the crowd inside the TD Garden during the latest stop on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour when he alluded to his June 18 DWI arrest with a joke.

“So uh, is there anyone here tonight that is driving and … no I’m just kidding,” the “Social Network” actor said.

After the audience erupted in laughter, the “SexyBack” singer continued, “Is there anyone here tonight, that it’s your first time here to the show?

Is there anybody here that you’ve been to 1, 2, 3, maybe 4 of our shows?”

“For all of you that it’s your first time tonight — on a serious note — I hope that you feel the fellowship and the love.”

Timberlake’s onstage comments come nearly two weeks after he was pulled over in Sag Harbor, New York, and charged with one count of DWI and two citations for allegedly running a stop sign and failure to stay in lane.

According to an arrest report obtained by Page Six, an officer saw the “Cry Me A River” singer “fail to keep on the right side of the roadway” and drive through a stop sign.

After a traffic stop, the officer claimed Timberlake “performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests.” Page Six was also told he repeatedly refused to take a breathalyzer test.

The report further states the singer told authorities, “I had one martini and I followed my friends home.”

Timberlake’s next court date is July 26, but he is not required to attend.

Following the arrest, Timberlake’s attorney, Edward Burke Jr., said, “Mr. Burke looks forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake against these allegations. He will have a lot to say at the appropriate time. He is currently awaiting full discovery from the DA’s office.”

Since getting pulled over and arrested, Timberlake has kept himself busy with his tour. His wife, Jessica Biel, 42, was spotted supporting him in the crowd during his concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City on June 25.

Despite his recent legal troubles, Justin Timberlake remains unbothered. The Grammy winner, at 43 years old, showed his sense of humor during a recent concert in Boston, where he made light of his DWI arrest with a cheeky joke. The crowd at the TD Garden erupted in laughter as Timberlake teased about driving under the influence, proving that he can still entertain and charm his fans.

It’s clear that Timberlake is not letting his legal issues affect his professional life. He continues to deliver energetic performances on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, captivating audiences with his talent and charisma. His ability to poke fun at himself on stage shows his resilience and ability to rise above any challenges thrown his way.

While his legal battle is ongoing, Timberlake is focused on his music and connecting with his fans. He emphasizes the sense of community and love at his concerts, making sure that everyone feels welcome and appreciated. This dedication to his audience is evident in every show he performs, proving that Timberlake is not just a talented musician, but also a caring and empathetic performer.

Despite the media frenzy surrounding his arrest, Timberlake remains composed and focused on his career. With the support of his wife, Jessica Biel, by his side, he continues to push forward and deliver unforgettable performances. Timberlake’s commitment to his fans and his craft is unwavering, and his fans can expect nothing but the best from him in the future.
