Ray J has made a shocking claim that he’s feeling suicidal in a recent post on his official Instagram page.

The singer shared an old photo of himself at the 2024 BET Awards, which was originally posted by Power 1051 on Sunday, June 30. 

He added a disturbing caption in red, referencing an incident backstage at the show and then after the show.

“The s— that. Is Happening is mind blowing – it’s making me suicidal and uncomfortable with the perception of reality!”

 He wrote the post on Monday morning (July 1), just hours after he was involved in a dispute outside GloRilla’s BER Awards after-party.

A Zeus Network executive and Ray reportedly got into a heated argument about fighting each other, as bodyguards tried to break up the situation. 

The R&B performer allegedly ended up throwing a punch but did not hit anyone.

At one point, he reportedly grabbed a backpack out of his car and went back into the crowd, It’s unclear what was in the bag, but Ray’s team was able to get him back into the vehicle and leave without any further issues.

Ray J has sparked concern with a series of alarming social media posts, where he claimed BET barred him from the backstage area during his break. He expressed confusion and frustration, stating: “I don’t know who they didn’t want me to see — it was weird.”
